The Centre for Process Analytics and
Control Technology (CPACT)* is pleased to invite applications for the inaugural
Julian Morris Memorial Award for Outstanding Contributions in Process
Analysis and Control.
The award honours the contributions of
Professor Julian Morris FREng*, formerly of Newcastle University, to process
analysis and process control. CPACT has introduced the award to recognise outstanding
contributions by scientists or engineers from industry or academia in areas
relating to process analysis, chemometrics, statistics, process modelling, or
process control.

- The Award is open to all, irrespective if from
a CPACT member organisation or not.
- Self-nomination is allowed.
- Applications/nominations should be submitted
during the period 1 June – 20 December 2024.(deadline has been extended to 20 December)
- The Award comprises a memorial trophy,
certificate and £5K cash prize.
