The Continuous Manufacturing Control Strategy

12th SEPTEMBER 2019 AT 3PM (UK time)

Defining a comprehensive PAT enabled control strategy that enables IPC and Real Time Release is challenging, and needs to be based not only on a traditional view of process control, but also on a real understanding of process dynamics to not only control the current processing step but also how that will impact and intermix with downstream process and also be impacted by upstream operations.

Here we will discuss some of the technical and operational challenges, not only establishing a process is in a state of control, but also that it stays within a state of control, such that we can ensure the quality of the finished product. This includes establishing, justifying and operating a strategy for periods when PAT data is not available for IPC but also to ensure appropriate data is evaluated for Real-Time Release, as well as the generation for batch reports including this data for product disposition.

This webinar will be presented by Martin Warman, Martin Warman Consultancy Ltd, UK and Associate Member of CPACT and should last no longer than 1 hour.
