Julian Morris International Travel Award 2026

CPACT is pleased to invite applications for the Julian Morris International Travel Award 2026.The award honours the contributions of Professor Julian Morris FREng, formerly of Newcastle University, to process analysis and process control.

 

CPACT introduced this award to allow a Doctorate student to attend a conference and/or spend some time working with another research group in a country different to where they are studying. The award can fully fund a trip or be a contribution to the costs of a more expensive/extensive visit, which should take place during the 2027 calendar year (i.e. within the period January-December 2027). The value of the award is up to £2000.

 

Students who are studying topics in process analysis, chemometrics, statistics, process modelling or process control in CPACT member universities are eligible.
